This information is provided in compliance with the State of Illinois’ Freedom of Information Act of 2009 (FOIA), which became effective January 1, 2010.

Spoon River Valley CUSD #4 is a Pre-K through 12 public school located in west central Illinois.

The Freedom of Information Act Officer for Spoon River Valley CUSD #4 is Superintendent Chris Janssen.  As noted in the Act, all requests for information are to be made in writing to the FOIA Officer, with clear notation that the request is made under the Freedom of Information Act.  This may be accomplished by paper copy, e-mail, or fax.
