Spoon River Valley would like to announce that due to the retirement of Dave Freeman as athletic director, those duties have been assigned to Mr. Joey Brewer, who is also our new district Dean of Students. Mr. Brewer will be handling the coordination and oversight of our athletic programs.

There will be an after prom meeting tomorrow, Tuesday the 26th at 6:30 in the high school commons for Junior parents. Please use the north doors. We are excited to start planning after prom and hope all parents can attend

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given by the Board of Education of Spoon River Valley CUSD No. 4 in the counties of Fulton and Knox; State of Illinois, that the budget for said school district for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, will be on file and conveniently available for public inspection at the office of the Superintendent of Schools from and after 9:00 a.m. on August 12, 2025, through September 15, 2025, at 35265 N IL Hwy 97, London Mills, Illinois.

Notice is further hereby given that a public hearing on said budget will be held at 6:00 p.m. on September 15, 2025, in the Board of Education room at the Jr.-Sr. High School building in this Community Unit School District No. 4.
