They just wrapped up a project on "To Kill a Mockingbird," creating posters that highlight key literary elements like setting, exposition, dialogue, and characterization. Amazing work bringing the story to life!
And as a bonus to a great day of learning, her 7th graders also enjoyed one of the last warm afternoons of the year before the cold sets in. A perfect way to close out a fall Friday! 🍂☀️

Our 7th graders had a great SEL lesson with Mrs. Burdette! Students performed skits showing both positive and negative ways to handle tough situations, then reflected on how their choices shape our school culture. A fun, engaging, and meaningful activity!
