Yesterday (2/11), our 5th graders teamed up with our kindergarten students for Buddy Reading! 📚❤️ We love seeing our older students lead and support our youngest Wildcats!

Our JH Volleyball girls host Midwest Central here at Valley; both matches start at 6:00 PM. Come out and cheer them on! And don’t forget… 👀 🏀 Boys Basketball is back in action tomorrow (Friday the 13th!) as they take on Elmwood here at Valley. ✨ It’s also Spirit Cheer Night on Friday! Our young Wildcat cheerleaders will be performing at halftime. Lots of great opportunities to support our student-athletes!

Just a reminder If students signed up for the spirit clinic, they can stay after school. It would be helpful if they brought a note so their teacher is aware. The performance tomorrow will be during halftime of the varsity game

This morning, Mrs. Chamberlin's 1st graders were exploring maps of North America and Illinois, marking the places letters they've received have come from so far. Her class has set a goal to collect as many letters and postcards as they can before the end of the school year! We’d love to help their map fill up even more! 💙 Would any friends, family members, alumni, or community members be interested in sending a letter or postcard to our 1st graders?
